Cleaner bathroom would have been appreciated. Cleaner had to come in to rectify A shower that did not burn you. (It was not sorted) The heated towel rail was on full bore when we arrived So was hot on arrival. Only two toilet rolls supplied. We were expected to provide extra! No soap. TV on catch up did not function properly. Normal TV did. No number on the door so was not sure which was the apartment. Had to ask someone how to lock the door as we from a different country do not understand that mechanism so took over half an hour to find out.
