Casa Lucia the most beautiful views sea and city

We liked absolutely everything, the house is located at the very foot of Santa Cruz with a view of the old town, the sea and the fortress of Santa Barbara!

Obviously, the views are so stunning, I had the moon flying through my room..so beautiful! Air con was a winner! Such a beautiful apartment!

I can't moan at this apartment all. It's just the hotness of life. No one problem from this apartment, great people..it was hard for me with a buggy with loads of steps..but it was my choice. Stunning place. Clean and comfortable

We are familiar with the location and therefore we knew what to expect as it is accessed by some very steep steps which suited us perfectly The views are stunning, you do lose a little of the afternoon sun but the sunrise is amazing perfect host, very prompt replies and really professional The house was spotlessly clean Literally around the corner from the central market which is bid highlight for us

to set expectations - there was nothing to dislike but I think people need to appreciate upon booking that this is an old property with incredible views at a very good price we would definitely stay again The addition of a head board would be amazing

I just liked the views, but they don't compensate the bad apartment conditions.

This is probably the worst apartment I have ever been in for the money spent. The conditions of the house are deplorable. All the appliances and electronics are old, forget about Netflix, speakers.., the floor is raised and makes noise, there were dead cockroaches upon arrival and more appeared during the stay. It does not have a good fecal drainage system and the house smells like sewer all day, especially the upstairs room, which makes sleeping very difficult. The upstairs bathroom door is loose, making the mentioned smell even worse. The bed is very very small and uncomfortable, we could not sleep in 7 days. I am from Alicante myself and I don't recommend this location, the house is uphill an you have to walk too much, much better to get another house down in the city. I have never made a complaint in years using booking, but I wouldn't want others to go through this experience. Sincerely, Norberto.

Location with fabulous views from the terrace. All nicely prepared for our arrival ,very clean accomadation ,with everything needed for a comfortable stay Close to restaurants & shops. Nearest supermarket (3 mins) & beach (10 mins walk, )with lots to see on the way. Would definitely stay again. Had a lovely holiday.
