Spacious, bright & central home with all amenities

The host was great and super responsive (A+ host). The place was very clean and perfect for our use to work remotely during the day. The wifi connection was great. The house is quite spacious for the location. The putting green in the back yard was excellent. The location worked very well for us.

-The house is quite loud to sleep in, with no insulation in the walls and old, poorly sealing timber windows. This was a problem during the night trying to sleep with cars and trucks driving past. -We had to sleep with the bedroom doors open to maintain fresh air, as there is no other form of airflow (could do with a DVS or air transfer system). -The bathroom window can't be closed properly, which lets bugs in at night. -There was not enough cutlery and cooking utensils (minor issue).

A very nice home/apartment, bright, spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 (the house is divided in 2 apartments. This place was on the ground floor with a fenced yard). Comfortable beds. Nice kitchen with everything needed to cook. Private parking space. Fast wifi. The host was lovely, very responsive and the treats she left for us were much appreciated. Great location in a nice neighborhood, 15mn drive from Auckland waterfront.

Loved the modern gadgets like, Alexa, Dyson vacuum, Smart washing machine and dryer in one, and all the streaming options on Tv and so much more. The location is fantastic. Easy to hop on the motorway and very close to Auckland City centre. There are many eateries and supermarkets around, ie in Milford (very close), and Takapuna etc. It’s worth getting an ice cream from Scrunchie Millers in Milford. Seems very popular. Jonny is a great host. He is accessible and helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The Kitchen pantry is stacked with salt/pepper, sauces, oils etc, as well as instant noodles packets and cups. Very thoughtful. It was great to have so many things provided for in the home, so we didn’t have to go out shopping for necessities.

The only negative would be that you can at times hear the people in the above flat stomping. Earplugs at night solved that issue, but it wasn’t too bad.

The house was modern, super clean, and convenient.

Everything was great if I had to be super picky the noise from the people above, but only mildly encroaching. The main bed was a little hard, but again, that's being super picky.

Good location, good neighborhood, quite safe and near schools and supermarket, also near motorway. Good to be walking around the area and seeing a lot of the neighbors being active as well. I'd stay at Spacious again if we ever come that way.

Beautiful, tidy, modern apartment. The host must have a very good sense of interior design, modern and good quality things, equipment, nice colours...

Everything was more than perfect! Really!!!

plenty of room, free parking, great facilities and close to Auckland cbd and the beach.
