The Artists Loft - a converted from a Grade II Listed 17th Century building

Very convenient. Even though it was small it had been done beautifully and was very cosy.

We arrived in the dark so it did take us a while to find it , so maybe more detail about entry arrangements for people arriving in the dark.

Location to town centre and access to local walks

Its a lovely little cottage. Its in a very good location for Bakewell. Its very comfortable and the heating was easy to cotrol.Everything in there was done to a high standard. For us, it had everything we needed.

The key case was hard to open. There were no place mats to protect the beautiful table. The cutlery is stood in glasses which we were worried would break. The freezer section of the fridge was frozen solid so we couldn't use it. It could do with a good clean and a little TLC.

Very convenient location, comfortable bed, well set out, beautifully decorated.

The parking was in a car park with a very confusing system which you then have to reclaim. The front door key was difficult to turn and there was no written Welcome pack, which would have made it easier for the first few days.

Very good location.

The patio area and outside furniture needed tidying up and cleaning.
