ITRobur molto accogliente, dotato di tre camere da letto che anche se non spaziose sono comode. Il bagno è molto spazioso e la doccia funzionale. La cucina, non aveva in gran piano per appoggiare ma la lavatrice e il frigo di taglia Xl! Manca il freezer. Sarebbe stato un appartamento da 10 ma alcuni e cose andrebbero riviste. Personale gentilissimo.
La poca privacy dell'appartamento che condivide con due casette attigue il patio esterno che da la possibilità di uscire sul fiordo/porto, in questo modo le persone ci passavano davanti a casa, praticamente fuori dalle grandi finestre. Ci vorrebbe che ogni casetta avesse il suo ingresso singolo alla terrazza esterna. Poi da controllare l'odore forte dello stanzino con la lavatrice.

CZLokalita je krásná - mimo hlavní silnici a přitom je v Ballstadu vše, co potřebujete. Možnost výletů, restaurace i hezký obchod.
Při návrhu chaty dbal podle našeho názoru architekt jen o efekt a nehleděl na to, jak využitelný je prostor pro návštěvníky. Postele, které jsou určeny pro dva, nemají odpovídající šířku. Odkladné plochy v podstatě v chatě nejsou. Absolutně zarážející pro nás ovšem bylo to, že v případě potřeby na telefonování a SMS nikdo nereagoval. Potřebovali jsme poradit, jak nastavit klimatizaci a telefon buď nikdo nebral, nebo volání přímo odmítal. SMS jsme poslali první den a pět dní absolutně bez odezvy. Jezdíme na podobné dovolené 35 let cca 10x do roka a ještě jsme se nesetkali s takovou ignorancí. Nevěděli jsme, jak ovládat místní klimatizaci (návod na chatě nebyl) a neznali jsme speciální systém na otevírání oken (mohli jsme je otevřít jen několik cm), takže jsme měli pobyt vzhledem k teplému počasí bohužel méně přijemný. Naštěstí se nic nestalo. Pokud by bylo potřeba řešit nějaký zásadní problém, asi bychom museli odjet, protože by nikdo nepomohl.

Missing electric kettle
NOWe chose this place to celebrate Christmas and it was undoubtedly the best decision. Despite the shorter days and darker times, we still enjoyed the spectacular view from the house's large windows. The house impressed us with its cleanliness and the comprehensive range of facilities provided. While we noticed the absence of a kettle, boiling water in a pot proved to be an adequate solution. The owners were proactive, providing all the necessary information well in advance and maintaining constant contact. The thoughtful Christmas sweet treat was a delightful bonus. The surrounding area is picturesque, enhancing our overall experience. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

BEThe design of the cabin and the large windows! It is just so relaxing sitting in the living area and just enjoy the breathtaking view outside. It’s really clean and comes with a well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed making our own dinner here every evening.
They only provided 2 rolls of toilet papers for a 4-night stay. We had to purchase toilet papers ourselves.
