Amazing location, short walk to beach and train station. Liturally on the door stop for bakerys, fishmongers and shops as well as the metro! Great space for a family nothing to huge but the high celings make it feel spacous. Great wardrobe space and comfy main bedroom. The kids were happy with their beds. After reading a couple of reviews about the pullout bed was worried...it was fine for my girls to share (15 and 8) though didnt leave much floor space left was fine and they slept well. Great blackout blinds throughout ment we could get kids to bed when needed despite the late night and early sun. If we ever come back will definatly stay here.

Location good for metro and beach

Beds - listing describes property has double bed and 4 singles. Actually has double bed, bunk bed and single with trundle underneath. Not enough space to pull out trundle bed. Pictures don’t make this clear - listing is therefore misleading. Property not adequate for our needs. Host refused to help. Had to move trundle bed to another bedroom which created very tight space as upstairs rooms very small. Halfway through stay double bed broke during the night as we were trying to sleep. The bed frame was old and weak, as was the single bed with the trundle underneath. Lost half a night of sleep and a day of holiday waiting around for someone to come and replace bed. Natalia took part of our deposit to pay for new bed and informed us that we ‘broke it due to misuse and you know that just as I know it. A little humility.’ V annoyed that we had to pay to replace old and flimsy furniture, and that we were spoken to in such a rude manner. Cleanliness - house was very dirty, washing machine was full of mould and both this and dishwasher smelt terrible. Floors were dirty. Asked Natalia to resolve and she sent two of her staff, with a robot hoover for us to clear up ourselves. Staff aggressive and angry and shouted that it had been cleaned already. Eventually floors were mopped. Natalia constantly tried to deny any problem, blame us or say we were exaggerating. There has been no apology to us for all the inconvenience she has caused. To pre-empt her response, we left some rubbish and washing up. A small issue compared to our ruined holiday at Casa Luna.
