Das Haus hatte einige Mängel, die den Mietpreis dann nicht mehr rechtfertigen. Leider hat das eigentlich schöne Haus einigen Renovierungsrückstand. Dies wurde auch an das Vermietungszentrum weitergegeben.

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Eine Seite Blick aufs Wasser, andere Seite direkt am Deich. Die Aussicht zu Silvester war grandios. Bei kleinen technischen Problemen kam sofort Hilfe. Der elektronische Kamin hat am ersten Tag für Wärme gesorgt.

Die Ausstattung ist schon sehr abgewohnt und der Leuchter über dem Esstisch ist nur für Kerzen, verbreitet kein Licht und hängt schrecklich im Weg.
