Lovely house. Great location for us while work is going on in our house in Ballybunion.

We had difficulty figuring out the heating but since the weather was still warm, this wasn't a problem. A couple of lamps downstairs would add a lot to the ambiance, the main lights are a bit harsh at night.

House was in a quiet location. 5 min walk to food and a pint. Kathleen contacted me a few times to ensure I could check in with ease.

My partner his brother had an amazing time at the property. Lovely spots for spearfishing near by.

Lovely location. Quiet but with local amenities. Rooms were comfortable. Clean and well kept. Kathleen phoned when we were on our way to the cottage and gave us useful tips on how to make the most of our stay.... the Whistling Donkeys were playing in Tralee for the Rose of Tralee competition. The bed linen, towels and tea and coffee making facilities were welcoming. Thank you Kathleen.

There was no sign of a washing machine and airer/ drying facilities which could have been useful. Useful information was emailed/ laminated on the wall but a folder may have been useful with bin information, where facilities were, instructions etc. A postcode included in the check-in information would have been helpful

Lovely little house on the edge of the village in a quiet crescent. All the facilities that you need for a short stay. Comfortable and enough space for a small family. Child locks and protection against trapped fingers on the doors.

A very small thing: the directions on SatNav took us to the rear of the property.
