The Shed

Everything!!! Location is excellent, the property itself is beautiful and hosts were on hand from the moment we arrived. We stay away often and this is honestly one of the best properties we’ve stayed at….we’ll be back!

A beautiful rural setting, peaceful but within 20 mins drive of NEC/ airport etc. The host provided excellent information to help me find the shed and get to the parking without any hassle. The shed is spacious and very well appointed for short or long stays, with plenty kitchen equipment, tea, coffee and the little bottle of fresh milk was a lovely touch - a cup of tea was just what I needed after the long drive! Very comfortable bed, sofas and such a cozy feel, it really felt like home and not just somewhere to pass through.

The Shed is in a rural setting and as such the driveway up to it is not tarmac, and a little bumpy in places. Just something to be aware of if driving a low/ sporty vehicle

Location, well signed and easy to get to even in bad weather and it was 20 mins away from where we wanted to go and rural enough for the peace and quiet that we like. Aesthetic - loved the aesthetic. Felt like a barn conversion. The space was well planned and appreciated that there was air con in every room. Comfort - very comfortable. Bed is very soft and sinky but good if you like that kind of firmness. Utilities - bathroom, shower, full kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Everything you could need. Parking - plenty of parking but you had to manoeuvre to not hit anything. Wouldn’t recommend for a larger car.

The road into it, we were warned it was gravel but it was worse than gravel - more mud and potholes and more warning would’ve been appreciated. We thought that adding a hot tub would make it next level and add more to the property.

Absolutely brilliant place, i only stayed one night after months of using different hotels/ apartments. Wish i had found it earlier! Host was brilliant too.
