Very clean, everything you needed, very nice host. There were no hold ups or problems with getting the keys.

The location, especially the disrespectful neighbours to the right of the property as you look at the front door. Television and music blaring until 4.35 in the morning! With no regard for other people. It’s such a shame because the house offers everything it says in the advert, I feel so sorry for the landlord.

Easy to find, very close to the city centre, we walked it in about 15 minutes. Parking is on the street but there was room for our 2 cars in front of the property and 2 parking permits. 3 good size bedrooms one on the ground floor at the front of the house. 1 large bathroom. Free Wi-Fi This house is basic but has everything you need to use as a base to explore Coventry. It was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable, there were extra pillows in the wardrobes. Clean fluffy towels were provided and toilet rolls. For the price we paid I think it’s excellent value to use as a basic base. I messaged the host with a query and they got back to me straight away.

If you are bothered by neighbour noise then this isn’t for you, you could hear through the walls as it’s a terraced house but for us turning up the tv was enough to deflect the sounds. So didn’t bother us much. Some general street noise but again nothing that bothered us.

The cleanliness and the complementary tea coffee sugar and milk were a nice touch and unexpected.

It was an extremely cold weekend and the house was very cold on our arrival. The location of the key safe is in an awkward position. It needs to be located at least 2ft higher as it's difficult to see the numbers, even in day light but especially so on dark winter days.

Clean comfortable

The place was spacious, clean and tidy. It had enough room for our family of 6. It was close to the city and had free on street parking. The communication with the property was smooth and response was real quick. The rooms were spacious but the beds mattresses weren't that comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and the water pressure was adequate. Basic necessities like salt, pepper, tea, coffee and sugar were provided and we had everything we needed to cook. Some chocolates were also left for the kids and I thought that was a very nice touch.

Even though the property was very clean and nice. The surrounding area and the street outside wasn't so clean. There were bins right outside and you had to walk around rubbish at times. It was hot on the day we visited so, we had to keep the windows open and it was really hard to sleep due to the noise of cars and some people arguing on the street.

Convenient location. Perfect for 3 friends.

It was fine but the shower head was wonky. Good value for money.
