HKIt was a warm and welcoming place with clean and comfortable beds, chairs and toilet.
Wi-Fi is not stable at my flat. The curtains were quite hard to let down. Would be good to provide some garbage bags for waste disposal.
AULovely comfortable loft near Cromwell in the heart of the Otago wine country. The fire was wonderful to put on in the cold evenings and I loved the heated tiles in the bathroom. Carpets also very plush and lovely under foot. Coffee and wine appreciated! The gardens and vineyard where the loft is located are beautiful to wake up to. A new taxi service had started up when we arrived so were able to have a really great meal at the Stoker Room nearby and not worry about driving afterwards. We loved being away from touristy Queenstown and closer to the offerings of Cromwell and Clyde with the wineries nearby, close to access the Otago Rail Trail and also an easy drive to Wanaka.
Although having a rain shower head - we felt like it was hard to get good pressure and have a good soaking shower. But really a small thing.

NZGreat location, with fabulous, attentive hosts. Cottage was clean and cosy. The home grown Pinot was delicious. Overall a perfect spot for a getaway.

AUWe were at the end of a 2 week road trip and wanted somewhere special to stay. O Naturel delivered in spades. Lovely bottle of complimentary pinot on arrival. The loft apartment was exceptional with loads of inclusions. Wood fire, cooking facilities, massive bathroom and laundry available
