Incredible location , confortable beds, clean .

Everything was perfect

The location is excellent for accessing La Mezquita and the old city. The owner and his family and property manager are kind.

We do offer a couple of comments. First, it would be good to have instructions on the use of the washing machine. After a month on the road washing our clothes in basins, we were looking forward to using the advertised washing machine. I attempted to use low temperature, but apparently failed - there were no instructions on use of the machine - and my wardrobe of LL Bean wash and wear travel clothes was ruined by the high temperature water; all crinkled up when they dried. Were we not going home soon, it would been a real problem, instead of just an expensive loss. The second comment is that it probably should be noted to prospective renters that the bedrooms are up a steep flight of stairs. It could prove difficult for some.

Great location, really comfortable stay. Felt very homely and was perfect for what we needed.

Everything was great

The duplex was very clean and decorated with taste. It even had a little charming patio. Absolutely nothing was missing, linen, towels in kitchen, bathroom and coset. There were enough dishes, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine… Casa Mezquita is located right in the historic centre and all sites are in 5-15 minutes walking distance. Our host provided us in advance with clear guiding instructions and even left a welcome gift for us.

Excellent location for Mezquita and main sites, bars and restaurants. Great to have free parking in such a restricted area.

Access by car is not for the faint-hearted. Would have appreciated specific instructions (named streets etc) about road access points well in advance - you can only get there by one route which is not clearly marked on street signs. We only made it with the help of locals, as mobile connection in the area was poor and instructions were received while driving to Cordoba, so couldn't downloaf in time. Glass doors to bedrooms - great to keep the interior light, but automatic light sensor on landing meant you were disturbed every time someone went to the loo in the night, light shone through glass! The shower floor is very slippery and needs a rubber mat to prevent accidents. Dangerous.

The accommodation was impeccably clean and well appointed. Just a stones throw from the Mezquita and within walking distance from everything. We thoroughly enjoyed it and the arrival gift was a lovely touch.
