Swanpool View - Walk to Beach - Free WiFi & Parking - Sea & Lake Views

Brilliant position overlooking Swanpool beach and an easy walk into Falmouth. Modern, clean and spacious. Manager very helpful and responsive when there were a couple of issues that needed addressing- not her fault

These points are just constructive feedback - we had a lovely stay and these points didn’t deflect from that. Towels too small and poor quality Only 1 tea towel provided- had to ask for more- need several for a party of 8 Could do with a drinks fridge. Clear bin instructions need to be displayed in the kitchen- we had 3 different instructions and didn’t manage to get a collection.

Location was fabulous, the property was very spacious , so there was plenty of room for everyone, the covered balcony was a real highlight

The scone, jam cream, milk, was a lovely surprise…thank you…My Daughter left a waterproof mattress cover on the single bed on the right of the window, could the cleaner have removed it? As we would like to get it back please, our Granddaughter Olivia is in a house along by the pool, could she come and collect it as she is coming home to Bristol this weekend? Being near the beach was wonderful, all in all it’s a lovely property for a family holiday.

Remove the TV in the main bedroom as it doesn’t work and I would of liked a mirror instead on the dressing table..please.

all floors are wooden/laminate and it’s very noisy, you struggle to get a lie in if people are awake on the floor above
