The house was perfect for the whole family, we enjoyed all the fun game’s especially the pool table and the corn hole. Thank you for making us feel so special.

The swimming pool, game tables and all the things for kids were great. The owners checked in often and were accommodating by bringing us ice and bottled water when they heard of the fridge dispenser not working. The recommendation for Karissa was super - she was a great babysitter! Comparably the price was reasonable for the size of the home and all the extra things to do on site for kids.

We had a few issues with appliances and would recommend having better instructions in the book to trouble shoot when something isn't working properly. Other than that, it served us well.

We couldnt have been happier with the accomodations. The home is exceptionally well thought out for both adults and children. There were adult games, (pool table, Blackjack table, playing cards, bikes for riding around.) and there were kids games, (clue, monoply and a closet fully of toys). The hosts were very flexible. We told them what we needed and they helped in every way they could. They were always accessible via email and txt. We particulary liked the great room and kitchen. There is a lot os space for mingling and entertaining. There was plenty of space for storage of luggage and clothing. One bedroom doubles as an office should you need it. The pantry was well stocked with staples. The kitchen was built to cook in. We particulary liked the fact that there were full sets of plastic and china dinnerware. There were stemless wine glasses in the cupboard in both glass and plastic. The master bedroom is at the opposite end of the house and has its own shower, tub and dressing areas. We had a dinner party and all guests found the location easy to access from the major freeways. There are two things to be aware of. All Tv's are tied to cable. If you are not familiar with the Phoenix areas stations, it might take some time to adjust. The other is the weighted sliding door from the house to the pool, It takes a minute to figure it out, but the instructions are in a frame at eye level next to the door on the right as you face the door.
