Matsi cottage

Very nicely decorated with a lot of traditional features and ornaments - makes staying a real pleasure. It was well equipped and even has wifi though this isn’t mentioned as being available. Hosts extremely welcoming. Garden is spacious and also well equipped with chairs and benches.

We stayed on a sunny day mid July high of 19. Despite this we were cold in the lounge during the evening, even wrapped in blankets. The lounge is a character filled stone building and the most comfortable. the dining room is wood and slightly warmer though no sofas. it would have been nice to have a heating option even if only a portable heater.

Beautiful old house, like a museum or a grand-grandmother’s house. We loved everything. We only regret that we could stay only one night, because the atmosphere and all the details was wort it. The owners are very kind and enthusiastic people who are ready to share with you local tips

So much charm. Straight out of a wonderful Estonian fairy tale.

Amazing place and owner!

Lovely country side view, old romantic house and garden, great place to be summer days. Living room had 2 big class doors, to be opened into big garden. The house was beautifully furnished with old items, it was like "back at grandmother's house" - and calm, quiet.

I suggest that microwave oven would be handy in kitchen. Washing machine is great, but most visitors might ask for dishwasher. When full house (5person) an easy place is needed where to plug in eg. 5 mobilephones, laptops, toothburshes. I forgot to ask where extra towels or linen are (didn't find)? The yellow sofas in livingroom looked nice and suited the old style - but not the most comfortable to "lay around".
