Oh So Snug

The cottage was lovely, & very comfortable. Trisha was very helpful & friendly. A lot of thought has gone into the decor, & into the provisions provided. Right in the centre of Whalley, but lovely walking very close by.

On street parking is restricted, but side street was possible not too far away.

Our stay at this one-bedroom cottage was absolutely delightful. The charming decorations added a unique touch, and we loved the Denby crockery. The quaint garden provided a peaceful retreat, while the modern, powerful shower was a refreshing treat. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful food package, including fresh farm eggs. Everything was perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend getaway!

While the house itself was perfect, the comfort of the sofa and chair left something to be desired. After spending a few hours on them during a rainy evening, we found that they weren’t very supportive, leading to some back discomfort. It’s a minor issue overall.

Stairs were steep and difficulty walking at present, however it was a small cottage so understandable

Its proximity to our visit , it’s always well presented as we have stayed there before . Nice touches with the goodies in the fridge . It’s just Perfect

Can be noisy due to central location, worth bringing ear plugs.

The most beautiful cottage we've ever stayed in. A beautiful secret garden at the back with amazing pots of flowers. Lots of treats and extras made our romantic weekend away so special. Truly fabulous

Loved it! The cottage is really well presented, spotlessly clean, very central and we had an incredibly comfortable stay. The bed and quality of the bedding and towels was excellent. All really thoughtfully put together and the fresh flowers and goodies in the fridge were an unexpected but very lovely touch. It is clear that a great deal of care is taken in ensuring guests feel really welcome. We would highly recommend and would be delighted to stay again on our next trip to Whalley.

The location was great - right in the middle of Whalley but not noisy at all.
