Een heel schattig huisje met een lekker eigen zwembadje. De eigenaar is super aardig, spreekt geen Engels maar vindt wel zijn manier. Het was geweldig.

Voor drie personen eigenlijk te klein. En de slaapbank sliep niet comfortabel.

The contact to Angela and Mr Spiros was perfect....even as we locked ourselves out of the house😄 The little house was in a village not far from shops and beaches with a lovely little plunge pool under banana trees for a refreshing,cooling break. The house was spotless and Mr Spiros came after two days with fresh towels etc.... Also....we became wine from Mr Spiros and a picture as a leaving present..... We were sorry to leave this little jem but highly reccomend this house to anyone who wants to be alone and enjoy the tranquil after a stressful day.. Thank you again....Allen/Renate.

The bathroom was a bit small..but no problem with the outdoor shower..........so all good.

IL BAGNO NON HA NENACHE UNA MENSOLA PER APPOGGIARE E IL DOCCINO E' DA TENERE IN MANO. SI E' CHIUSI IN UN ANGOLO CON VISUALE SOFFOCANTE. LE DIMENSIONI INTERNE DELLA CASA SONO PICCOLE E POCO AGEVOLI. LA PULIZIA MEDIOCRE. IL PROPRIETARIO GENTILE MA NON PARLA INGLESE QUINDI QUEL POCO VIENE FATTO CON IL TRADUTTORE. CI SONO ANCHE DELLE TELECAMERE PER LE QUALI NON VIENE FATTA FIRMARE NESSUNA LIBERATORIA. NON SONO A CIRCUITO CHUSO. IL PREZZO E' ASSURDO. NON CI SONO BAR O NEGOZIETTI VICINI BISOGNA SEMPRE PRENDERE LA MACCHINA

I like how quiet it was. We had lovely neighbours too. Spiros was very helpful always replenishing towels bed linen ect.

It is quite a steep hill to enter and exit the accommodation.

Situated in a little village haven far enough away from the main towns to be private and quiet, but close to the airport and Argostoli and beautiful beaches. A truly self contained villa that you can cook at, wash clothes and swim in the private pool. We loved the local beach, Avithos with a lovely beach bar and super sunset views. Great launching place for exploring the south of Kefalonia. Comfy king bed. Private oasis. Just need a car. 😊

Villa Rospovi is nice and cozy. Ideal for two people. We had everything we needed there. It was not a problem to find accommodation because Spiros was waiting for us at the agreed place to take us to the villa. Every 3 days we had clean towels, the private pool was wonderful and always clean and was very welcome on warm days. It's a quiet place, some beaches are nearby but you can get to different places by car because the island is not big but very beautiful. Nearby is the capital Argostoli, from where there is a frequent ferry to Lixouri. Angela and Spiros were helpful in everything, it was very nice of them to leave bottles of water and wine in the fridge for us when we arrived and also a nice souvenir when we left. Thank you very much for everything.

Quiet and private. Good value for money. Clean. Good facilities . Good communication.

This is a gorgeous property in a peaceful village near Argostoli and the airport. Spiros and Angela are so helpful. We didn't have a car, so Spiros very very kindly took us to the local, well stocked mini market, and Spiros even took us to the airport on the way home. Angela was very responsive to messages, even in the evening. The outside space is wonderful. I wish I was back there now. There are two beaches within walking distance. We preferred Avithos, as it has a gorgeous taverna and a more up-market restaurant / bar, owned by the nearby vineyard. Sunbeds and parasols are available to rent for 15 euros in the main season. Wine tasting at Sarris Vineyard is highly recommended - 10 or 15 euros, and it comes with lots of snacks. We also took a taxi (25 euros) to Argostoli one day, saw turtles in the bay and took the ferry to Lixouri (3 euros pp) - highly recommended. I hope to be back one day! Thank you both :)
