It is a lovely property, with everything you need. The bed was super comfy.

There was a lot of dog hair on the sofa and cushions. The water from the over the bath shower leaked onto the floor.

Fantastic rooms, lovely location everything top notch.

We thought the £30 pet fee cleaning charge was more than usual.

We really enjoyed the location and accommodation, plenty of room and comfortable. Ideal for a quiet relaxation break. 30 mins from Derwent reservoir and Dams which is a must.

We had a good 2-night stay at The Stables, Windy Bank Hall. Everything was fine and exceeded our expectations - booking, communication, entry, facilities, comfort, equipment, Wifi, etc. Would certainly stay here again if the opportunity arose and would recommend it to anyone else wanting to explore the Peak District. Can't think of anything that needed improvement.

Location was lovely, place was beautiful, everything was easy to arrange, nice welcome pack with tea coffee scones and jam.

Needed a bedside light in the smaller bedroom - overhead lights rather bright for relacing reading before sleep, and had to get out of bed to switch off. Otherwise all was wonderful.

The accommodation is comfortable, and we particularly appreciated the bubbly left for us by the hosts. A good location for seeing hares.

It was windy during our stay and so we decided not to use the hot tub even though we were offered help with the cover. We found the wifi was slower than we would have liked, and some of the TV channels we wanted to watch did not have a good reception.
