Almost everything was perfect...clean nice facilities...great location and very great communication.

Rolla way was damaged and my airman son had to sleep on that...plus the temperature was remotely moved up and down alot

"Clean spacious apartment but loud music from restaurant underneath."

Spacious, clean

Noise from restaurant beneath, loud music 4pm to 10pm. Needs refurbishing eg hole in the drywall in living room. Difficult checkin, entrance is hard to find, garage key was in the wrong place, “hosts” (letting agency) phone number went to voicemail.

Great location, good decor and all the facilities you need. Really helpful agent that gave some brilliant local knowledge of things to do and special mention to Olivia for immediately sorting a couple of minor glitches.

you should be aware that there are feral cockerels in Key West so enjoy the noise or bring ear plugs 😁
