Great House, Nice and spacious, good facility .. We had 3 adults and 4 boys under 12 - it was great .. lots of space of them to run around

"Well located house with good facilities."

Great to find a house which can accommodate our large family plus visitors. House was well equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery etc. We loved the bar area in the garden, great fun. Location was excellent with easy access to Bonchurch or to Ventnor, as well as lovely walks over the Down. Host gave instant response to questions.

The first house I've stayed in where bath towels weren't provided -- this was a bit inconvenient. The conservatory was very hot and bright to eat in at certain times of day -- maybe blinds/fans would help.
