Sawasdee Home Stay Resort & Pool

Everything! It was in the perfect location for us to go out on a boat trip to the Similan Islands. The hosts were lovely and she cooked for us both nights. The food was absolutely amazing!! We really enjoyed our stay there.

The room was very big, also the bathroom and the terrace. The host speaks very good english and can help you organising your stay in Khao Lak area. They are reachable on Whatsapp if you have any troubles or questions. The property is on a good location to explore the whole area, especially if you have your own transport. We had a rented car, which was very good idea.

There wasn't much to dislike.

our family stayed for a week and the kids enjoyed the pool in fact they had their breakthrough’s here and learned how to swim under water and tread water too. Moodka was a great host. She arranged for a taxi to pick us up at six am to go to Aonang pier. Although the hotel is situated away from the main road it is a few minutes by motorcycle or car to whatever you need. The quiet is what appealed to us. The rooms are spotlessly clean and everything works. The property itself is nine years old however looks new as it is impeccably maintained. A great value for such a stay. We would definitely recommend Sawasdee. There are scooters to rent that were in great condition, super convenient to be able to move on to the next destination without the hassle of returning bikes.

We had an amazing stay at the Sawasdee Home Stay. The owners and staff were incredibly nice. The food was absolutely delicious. Facilities were clean and very recent. One of the best hotels we did in Thailand based on value for money.

Nothing, everything was great! The location is a little bit outside of the main road, which makes for a nice relaxing environment, but restaurants and bars can be a few hundreds meters away if this is something one is looking for. Was not a problem for us at all as we had the great restaurant on site. All our tours departing from Khao Lak also picked up at the hotel with no problem.

great location if you like the quieter side of things. it’s minutes away from the beach but best to hire a scooter. they usually have them at the hotel.

there is nothing not to like. it’s a family business and they are so so welcoming :)

Me and my friends had a lovely time. The owners treated us like family and helped us with everything we needed, including going to extend the visas with us. Highly recommend
