Raintree Bangsak

Great, clean place near a calm beach and a little village. Very kind owners and staff. Will certainly go back.

The Raintree Resort in Bangsak, Khao Lak is a little piece of Thailand from before the hordes arrived. Truly a hidden gem. The family who own and run the resort — Tui, Nigel (Joe), and Yao — are the perfect hosts: warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The accommodation consists of three small villas set around a beautiful saltwater swimming pool, all nestled in a lush, jungle-style setting that feels peaceful and private. Breakfast is available for a small additional cost and is well worth it. In all honesty, I nearly didn’t write this review because I didn’t want the world to know about this amazing place! But it deserves to be shared. Tui, Joe, Yao — and the gorgeous resident dogs — thank you so much for hosting us. We had the most amazing, relaxing holiday and will treasure the memories

Everything was amazing

Kleine Anlage mit 3 sehr großen Bungalows. Perfekt ausgestattet. Swimmingpool mit bequemen Sonnenliegen. Auf Wunsch wird Frühstück zubereitet. Restaurants, Massage, Laundry innerhalb von wenigen Gehminuten. Strand mit vieken Restaurants ebenso fussläufig erreichbar in ca 15 min. Die Betreiberfamilie ist äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne Anlage, mit großem Garten, einem Teich, großer Pool und einer Bar. Sehr nette Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Wonderful and friendly hosts, gorgeous place, excellent location and delicious breakfast. Loved it all. Felt like a home away from home. We would love to stay again.

Red dragonflies and tiny frogs around the place showed a beautiful, healthy, natural environment. Lovely place to stay, wonderful hosts, a gorgeous pool, and delicious breakfasts. So relaxing.

Great location and nice and quiet. Lovely pool and very scenic and a nice cycle down to the beach and great coffee place...Garang Cafe.

Nothing we didn't like.

Very calm place, but the beach, restaurants could be reached with a comfortable walk. Fantastic pool and apartments. Exceptionally kind and helpful personal. We felt like we were their old friends not just guests. Awesome breakfast.

The small things we didn’t like they solved quickly so there were no issues.

The hosts were very nice and attentive to our every need. They have put in a great deal of thought into all the little details in and around the property that make all the difference. The villa was exceptionally clean and well equipped with a very comfortable bed and sofa. It has both a/c and good ventilation depending on your preference. There is a large swimming pool to relax in and the property is within a short walk to a quiet beach with plenty of local restaurants. It really ticks all the boxes.

We liked everything about the place and there was really nothing to find fault with. Congratulations to Joe, Tui and Yao for making such a wonderful place.
