Very basic and with no television. After a long drive to get there there was no television for the family to watch. Also Impacted on our evenings as a family...had to improvise with my son's ipad proped up on a book and all tried to watch a film on that ! On checking the specs just after arriving, I scrolled down to find that there was no TV on the specs, but to be honest I didn't expect there not to be one at all. I assumed wrongly that there would be one, in this day and age in a house! Had to unplug the fridge/freezer to use the tiny microwave which was balanced on top of it. The property was located within a local authority housing estate with a view of a portaloo and the back of a shop from the kitchen. Parking was tiny and had to reverse all the way down the street every time you wanted to leave, as it was a dead end with nowhere to turn. Was expecting higher spec and location for the price. Could have had booked a farmhouse with ample parking, views and higher specs for a similar price. Very steep walk into and back from St Ives, so could pose a problem with those with health issues or those with young children especially buggies.

Lovely light house, good use of space, lovely garden.

The back door is stiff and the stairs are quite steep, could be worth mentioning. The walk to the beach is doable, but also up a big hill.

It is very conveniently located and at a short walking distance from the Porthmeor Beach.

Toaster was faulty. one ring on the gas hob was out of place and caused a problem. Booking.com said there was a dishwasher, but there was not, (not that this really bothered us) There was no television - none had been indicated in the information, but it is a lack. Instructions for the heating system would have been helpful.

the views were amazing. the house was very charming. allowed me to bring my pet along so long as it was trained and small. the kitchen has all the basic things.

there was no TV. the mattresses were very uncomfortable to sleep in my mom has a bad back and it wasn't ideal but otherwise it's great. there was no microwave. I also have a Lil tip for non-drivers to get comfy shoes because it is a long walk uphill.
