"Modern apartment with water problems and lacking English speaking assistance"

The place is close to a great restaurant which we totally recommend. The apartment is decorated nicely.

The check-in was difficult because the host didn't show up, and he sent some persons to open the place, that didn't speak English. After 10 pm, all the water was closed, even the drinking water, which is inconvenient if you don't have an extra bottle of water and there is no place around to buy things. The next day, a partner of the host came to collect the booking fee: a person that didn't speak English, yelled at us in Montenegrin when we started saying we had problems with the water. Then she repeatedly said “money” ... Not a great customer experience.

"Review on Lumer Apartment"

The location near to ski center and optimal home equipment/appliances.

The Wi-Fi quality, due to the weak signal and the interruption in second night of accomodation. In addition it was difficult to light the wood stove in order to keep warm the apartment.
