Het was een leuk huis op een goede locatie, midden in het oude centrum van Marbella.

Ik had het huis uitgekozen om het dakterras. Op de foto's bij Booking was op het dakterras een eettafeltje met 2 eetstoelen te zien, twee mooie ligbedjes met een dik matrasje en een zonwering (geelgestreept) boven het dakterras. Maar in werkelijkheid stonden er 2 lage, ongemakkelijke stoelen en goedkope ligbedjes. En was de zonwering niet meer aanwezig, ook geen parasol. Hierdoor konden we pas na zonsondergang gebruik maken van het dakterras, want overdag was het er veel te heet. Dit vond ik heel erg jammer en mijn klacht hierover werd niet opgelost helaas.

Beautiful and cozy located in the old town. Nicely secluded, but close to everything. 10 min. walk from the beach. The host, Marta, was very kind and helpful every time we were in contact. She was also helpful with booking a taxi from and to the airport. We can definitely recommend this place.

Apartment has many stairs and they have high steps. On the top floor is a bed. Since it is very hot in that room next to the terrace and no air conditioning, you cannot sleep there. There was no possibility to sit in shade at the terrace, as shown in the pictures when we booked the house. I would recommend the owner to put up a new awning, as it is otherwise too hot to use the terrace. We could only use it early in the morning and late in the evening. It was a shame because it has a beautiful view and the terrace was one of the reasons we booked the place.

E una bella struttura per magari un gruppo di amici o una piccola famiglia. Stato molto gradito il posto.

This is a great location, but not super easy to find. It is in an area of old town where you can not bring a car. There are 2 convenient lots, but keep this in mind if you are on a road trip and lugging lots of stuff around. This is the neighborhood you want to be in for restaurants and exploring so it's a trade off. The home itself is really very cute and has a lot to offer, but is in need of repair. The bed is the most comfortable of all the beds we experienced on our 2 week road trip!

The downstairs bathroom is not super functional (tub missing a shower curtain), which is sad since the upstairs bathroom has such a small shower. We spent most of our time when we were in the house in the kitchen/dining area. If the weather was warmer we may have used the roof deck. We would have liked a more comfortable seating area in the dining area, but that truly might have been just us and the season.
