Elite Residence Mondello

1. Big terrace, big living room, excellent view from the terrace, air conditioning, welcome water, coffee capsules and tea bags, washing machines. Comfortable, excellent beds. 2. Good connection with the owner (Booking.com, phone, WhatsApp)

1. Parking was terrible! Only the smallest cars can turn back on a little place of size "car length + 50cm" (or less). For long cars not suggested. (It is true almost everywhere in Sicily). I could solve it without damage but I got a year older this week! 2. More glasses and cups would be useful. There were 5 types of glasses but only 4 of each.

Location and 2 bathrooms to accommodate 2 couples. Very spacious and comfortable also a lovely view from the verandah. As a whole a lovely experience.

We had a disabled friend travelling with us who had difficulty walking and therefore going up the stairs was challenging.

Size, air conditioning and quiet area

No designated parking

The car parking situation is not ideal. There is supposed to be a reserved parking space but the neighbors often take the space and then also argue loudly among themselves as to who should park where. Also space is tight and it is best to use a small car!

The place has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (2 showers) and laundry room. The balcony is beautiful. We had amazing neighbors (Roberta you are awesome!). Armando (the owner) is a very professional man and he was very accommodating. We would text him often and he was always happy to give us information about Mondello and more.

This is not a problem, but some people might be put off by the steep hill. Also, the trash bins are far from the house. Furthermore, some people might be put off by the dogs (a lot of them) barking at the drop of a hat. Lots of cats, too, but at least they are not noisy.
