The apartment was perfect. It had everything we needed for our family- coffee machine, tea, cosmetics and even toothbrush. Furnitures were new, clean and well mantained. The location is even better- just few steps from beach and nice restaurant serving pizza and having beautiful view. The appartment has big terrace with a sea view as well. Georgia- the contact person- welcomed us on the arrival and allowed us to check in early in the morning. I am quite demanding customer but the apartment exceeded my expectation and i could feel like at home during our stay. Thanks a lot.

During our stay there was some renovation work on the street and in the building. Nothing owner has an impact to, bit it was a bit loudy in the morning.

The apartment is located on the beach. There are parking spaces in front, walking distance to the center and there are playgrounds nearby. An ideal place to stay for families with small children and a very convenient starting point for exploring Puglia

just as a suggestion: You could consider a slight update of the furniture and an option for self-check-in with a code

The apartment is very modern, with all the necessities in it (including washing machine), the location is super convenient - between 2 beaches and 10 minutes walk to the city center. And the host Georgia is super friendly and supportive!

Nice placement for beach and city center, only lacking view to get top character. You can walk out the door to the beach, without packing, and easily go home to shower or get the stuff you forgot. Both beaches next to it are nice, just small. City center very close, all shops you need are very close. Well equipped kitchen, it even has proper knifes! That's rare in Italy apparently. Clean and practical organisation of house, good for a family with small kids. Well constructed, high quality building. Two couples could also make great use of the apartment, if one couple is not too tall. Both beds are comfy. Double bed was excellent and longer than standard Italian beds. Excellently equipped, GREAT washing machine, good stove, oven and dishwasher. Nice to have a hose outside to wash off the sand. Beach umbrella was available for loan. The outside area worked great for drying clothes. Lively neighborhood, with music and life in the evening, at midnight it was quiet, even on the weekend nights. And the doors provided good sound proofing, so if we just closed them, we did not get bothered by passing cars or music from the bars at the beach.

Tall teenage kids or tall additional guests would be a bit more difficult to host, as the sofa bed is normal length. It worked fine for us, but if you are 180+, the sofa bed would be too short. The normal bed is really nice and long though. The terrace is very hot, and we did not use it much, although the weather was also very hot.

We loved the location and cleanliness of the property. We also loved the sun the patio got for the majority of the day. Check in and check out was smooth. The property was a great size for my partner, baby and I. The air con is also fantastic. Very close to the beach and a number of bars and restaurants.

The bed is way too firm and it felt like sleeping on the floor. Only one pillow per person was provided. It is also in quite a noisy spot, particularly at night, with traffic and people leaving the bars.

Not comfortable beds, noisy nighberhood, not good smell in the bedroom

A nice and clean apartment right next to the sea between 2 tiny, but beautiful beaches. Big rooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and bath). A huge terrace with side view to the ocean with table and sunbeds (sun is coming to the terrace in the afternoon). Although you are almost on street level, a few stairs higher, the green plants on the terrace help you to keep away the unsolicited viewers. The old town is app. 8-10 min walking. A pizza / seafood restaurant and a bar right next to the house. Parking is free right next to the building or in nearby streets (not everywhere, pay attention to the blue/white signs). As the area is next to restaurants and beaches you cannot park always next to the building, but you can park everytime in a few street distance. Carrefour express, DeSpar, bakery is in 5min walking distance, Familiar supermarket is 5min by car. Air conditioning is available. Although we had some smaller issues, Georgiana helped to solve everything soon :)

A little bit noisy because of the restaurants, the bar and the traffic, but the windows and doors lock out the sounds if you want, sou you can sleep.

Not enough kitchen utensils with only two plates and bowls.

The location was great, ground floor overlooking Porto Bianca and close to Porto Rosso. 10 minute walk to old town close to supermarket. Good size rooms,photos don’t do it justice and large balcony with outdoor seating and lounges. Overall worth it
