Nothing to complain about

Nothing was too much trouble for Sarah and Alan, who gave us so much information and went above and beyond. The cottage itself was lovely and cosy, in a beautiful location and had everything we needed for our stay. The weather wasn't always great so it was a lovely place to just hang out. Our dog felt comfortable right from the start. Loved it!!

Comfortable homely nice garden Clean

Bit small, hard to sit under the stairs, no washing line to dry towels especially after the beach. But fortunately we had good weather and ate al fresco.

We enjoyed a short break at Alan and Sarah's lovely cottage in mid-May. Communication received was excellent, lots of friendly advice regarding places to visit and eat. We were made to feel welcome and left to enjoy the lovely cottage and gardens knowing our hosts were close by if we needed any help or advice. The cottage itself was modern and clean, including everything needed for our 5 night stay. The welcome pack (fresh milk, coffee, tea, sugar and Welsh cakes) were gratefully received. Cleaning products and 2 loo rolls were provided. Clothes airer, iron and ironing board available on request. The cottage, while compact, feels spacious and welcoming. Comfortable sofa. Our boys loved all the seating options, especially the nook in the fire place. The downstairs bathroom was ideal for us. The shower was excellent. The kitchen fully equipped (including the little things such as foil, salt, pepper, which make life a little easier). The bedrooms were spacious, with comfortable beds. The boys loved "their" room (3 single beds to debate over), and the high sleeper was a nice feature. Our youngest was delighted to receive a card and gift for his birthday during our stay, this was a lovely touch. The gardens, shared between the two holiday cottages on site, were lovely and well maintained. We were fortunate enough to have glorious weather during our stay and enjoyed sitting out in the garden (bring your own disposable barbecue to make the most of the facilities provided). The boys loved exploring and playing on the swing! The cottage itself is ideally situated for travelling within the Pembrokeshire area. Supermarkets, petrol station, takeaways all within a 10 minute drive. A short, pleasant, 15-20 minute drive to Tenby, Saundersfoot, Narbeth and numerous local sites of interest for both children and adults. All the areas of Wales we visited were absolutely stunning, clean, welcoming and pot hole free!

Perfect for families in an excellent location to explore beautiful Pembrokshire. Cottage is cosy, and clean, with a stunning garden for guests to use. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. We loved our stay and hope to come back in the future.
