GBEverything there wasn't anything to dislike .. sea views were amazing from apartment 5 it was immaculately clean and homely with everything you need for your break away ..would definitely come back and I would definitely recommend.. hosts were amazing 👏

GBGBGBGBCould not be closer to the beach. Great view (although small Victorian windows) directly on the sea, one of the best if not best locations in Paignton. If your plans are limited to Paignton, you will not need your car. Parking just in front of entry to the building, very convenient. Hosts 10 out of 10. Comfortable and large beds.
Small detail: to dry your clothes was not easy, you had to somehow try to drain them well before putting on the rack not to wet the floor - you could not really dry them in the kitchen or the bathroom as they were too small and rooms had carpets...- as I run, I need to wash my clothes even if I stay just for a few nights.
GBJames and Anna were very friendly helpful hosts ..the location to beach/trains/buses was excellent..we did not use our car the whole time. Near to good restaurants and excellent beach/country walks..free parking always a bonus too. We were able to explore the surrounding areas and luckily had really sunny weather.
Rather dated interiors but we appreciate they are trying to build it up. A welcome pack we feel of basic items ..eg milk/tea bags/sugar/biscuits always a plus point after a long journey which other places we have stayed have provided. We may not have read the booking details properly as surprised no bath towels supplied.(we did have our beach ones).. and had to ask for small bathroom towel..a minor detail that was quickly sorted but we feel shouldn't have been necessary if the Hosts want a good share of the Airbnb market. For what we paid the accommodation was acceptable however. We wish them good luck for the future..
