Location was amazing! The 2 bathrooms were solid, the bedrooms were great, nice thick curtains to block out the early morning sun. Kitchen was well equipped.

We ran out of toilet paper and when I asked for more I was told we'd need to buy our own. This was unexpected, when you rent a house that sleeps 10 people you shouldn't be surprised by this, it was nearly a crisis! The management team should have made this very clear during the check in process. Also the master bedroom consisted of 2 single beds slid together which was not the most comfortable way to sleep together. The listing was very vague regarding what type of beds were in each room, and when the management asked what bed configuration we required I was unsure what options even existed. The listing could be more clear on this topic.

The house and facilities were lovely! Had everything we needed and was close to shops etc. Would highly recommend!

The beds were a little hard and the rooms were locked on arrival. We had already left for our event before we got the codes for the other rooms.

The house is stunning and so comfortable, decorated and furnished in a way that will make anyone feel at home!

Great location. Big house with lots of space. Beautifully decorated. Excellent communications. there was a maintenance issue which was sorted out very quickly Sophie very helpful.

The house was very cold. Also no heating in the bathroom which didn't get above 16 degrees so showering was not a pleasant experience. Also only one bathroom and one shower room between 10 people is not enough

The location was just a short walk from everything you need to see. Tesco with very friendly stuff nearby. The accommodation surprised us with coffee, tea and biscuits.

It could get chilly in house because of the regulated heating. There was no milk when it was supposed to be.
