Casa Scirocco

The deck and that view; superb, rooms were well equipped and house was clean and welcoming. Washing machine was excellent. It was great to relax in this space half way through our trip away from the more touristy area of Positano central. We went to the local restaurant one night and used the little shop to buy supplies like wine, tomatoes, fresh hams, salamis and bread. Wonderful stay. Thank you so much.

Montepertuso is such a cute quiet little village with incredible views. Lovely and quiet. 2 restaurants and a pizzeria. Easy to get the bus to Positano or 20 min walk down the steps (wouldn't recommend up!). The house is super clean, well stocked and comfy bed with a lovely view from bed, balcony and living space. Shower is over the bath but powerful enough. Owner and her son had great communication and left us a little gift which was much appreciated. Owners brother Sergio was a wonderful taxi driver for us from Naples airport. Would highly recommend this place as long as you don't mind many many steps or getting a bus, or if you like nights in. Don't stay if you are looking for lots of choice for food or want to go into Positano most nights. The steps have wonderful views and give you a different perspective of Positano area which we liked. Exciting going down and gradually seeing more and more of the beautiful town. Would definitely return for a quiet break.

The stairs are VERY hard going up and we are a young couple who hike a lot. The village has very little amenities (described above) but everything you could need. Perfect for a 2 night stay or a longer quiet stay.

Little expensive as 30min walk from positano but it is the amalfi coast so probably expected.

Concetta was a very friendly host and also helped us out when we had an issue with the local bus. the view from our balcony was outstanding and the room was more spacious than expected, and clean. there is a local bus that takes you directly to positano which is really convenient if you don’t have a car. would definitely come back!

beautiful apartment with stunning views. A very comfortable stay. Concetta was so helpful and even left us some breakfast things and a bottle of wine.
