Gema Suites

My husband and I were very excited and looking forward to our stay here. It is a very beautiful location with a spectacular view. When we arrived at the meeting spot, which is the at bus stop, the host sent Giuseppe to help us with baggage. He was very helpful, and he gave us directions to the beach and offered different restaurant options. He did explain all the features in the apartment. The apartment was very pretty and had a nice little kitchen area. We were sitting out on the balcony when a rainbow appeared. My husband decided to fly his drone for a little bit, and we were taking pictures. He was coming in and out of the apartment, and I was sitting on the balcony. After flying, he came back in, set the drone down on the kitchen floor, and came out to the balcony with me. We took a few more pictures on the balcony, and when we came back the room, the drone was gone. We had been going in and out so much, we did not lock the door. We had been so diligent about watching for pick pocketers on the trains in the cities and being very cautious. I guess we should have been cautious up in this apartment in Positano, too, because something can always happen. We had borrowed the drone, so now we have to pay for replacement. I called Guiseppe immediately when the drone went missing. There were cameras in the door where you enter. Guiseppe reviewed the surveillance footage and told us he didn't see anyone come into the apartment. So be careful and always lock the door. Positano is beautiful but about 250 to 300 stairs each way to go the main area where the restaurants are located. Beautiful place, but here is some effort involved.

That our drone was stolen out of our apartment while we were on the balcony. There are over 250 ones way to restaurants.

The property was very clean and the right amount of space for two people with a very cute window view of positano. Everything was great. To get to it you need to climb the stairs, but everywhere in Positano has stairs so you will get used to it! Also helps burn all the pasta. Our stay was amazing and id do it again for sure!

Nothing! Just make sure to sort out any car parkings before, Gema Suites are very helpful with that.

The view was great and the size of it was quite large.

No shuttle, no front desk, the stairs, the location.

Great value for money , very clean abd the host was great went above and beyond to help make my stay in Positano perfect.

I liked the view of the house so much and the house was so clean.

If you would like to walk to sea side & center from house, it will take max 10 min to go down stairs. But you should get prepared to climb thousands of stairs while you are coming back to home from the sea level of positano.

Giuseppe was the epitome of excellent service. He did everything we asked if him to do and more to make our stay enjoyable. Would love to stay with him again!

Being a bit closer to the beach would have been preferred, but the nearby grocery store and bus stop made things convenient.
