Immediately felt at home Very spacious Large tables for dining indoor and outdoor Lovely decor Big driveway Interesting garden Easy key collection Large kitchen with plenty of equipment The host left a cake and milk, which was much appreciated.

The only shower was in an en-suite belonging to one of the bedrooms.

Location great (we were on a train driving experience day at Loughborough Central Railway in the Saturday ) which guided our choice. Beds comfortable & clean & towels general areas tidy even if rather tatty.

Tired and somewhat dilapidated property - windows old & single glazed so road noise bad. Kitchen units tatty and broken in places - impossible to see the settings on the old cooker dials. Garden overgrown and very unkempt at the back - garden structures looked ready to fall down. Garden chairs rusty and unwelcoming. Departure time very early at 10am - plus the numerous rules about penalties for leaving rubbish / draining crockery / etc etc made us feel unwelcome - particularly after the owner tried to levy an extra fee before we arrived.

Spacious, comfortable and clean.

It was quite tired in several places and little touches had been missed, just needs a bit of TLC and it’ll be exceptional.

Perfect for our friends meet up, thank you. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was like a home from home.

Great position and size

Not very responsive with questions. Place was a little tired and needed a good deep clean

Huge airy bright room downstairs for the children to sleep together. Big lounge for all 14 of us. There are lots of possibilities for singles or doubles in the bedrooms. Great coffee maker. Very homely house and beautiful garden with a bbq and outdoor seating with places to sit quietly in the shade away from the crowd or play board games on the grass. 7 minute walk to picturesque Quorn village centre. 5 minute walk to Waitrose. Only 11 minute drive to Loughborough University. Beautiful villages all around with plenty of walks and country pub restaurants.

A lovely spacious home with everything you need to enjoy a break away with family. Great location and within walking distance to a lovely little village and farm to visit with little ones. Beautiful bedrooms, and very comfy beds. The linen and towels provided were great quality. Very well equipped kitchen. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

The only downside is that despite trying to figure out the heating system, 2 of the bedrooms were always cold which wasn't ideal when travelling with young children in winter.
