Everything is design for a relaxing and hard to forget holiday. The host and his family are one of the most lovely people we have met. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable and the garden full of fruit trees and vegetable. A dream. We will come back for sure as pur kids had a great time too.

Brand new, two bedroom houses, 5-minute walk to the wide and long beach of Karavostasi and a 10-min drive to the village of Perdika with a nice pedestrian area and plenty of restaurants. The beach is so big that never gets busy, unlike many other beaches in the Parga-Syvota area. The water is crystal clear and no seaweed on the bottom, just pure sand. The beach is small pebbles and (beware if you have young kids) gets deep quickly. The owners are super hospitable, they brought us homemade spinach pie for lunch, melon waiting for us in the fridge, and Kyr-Nikos the owner even brought his own tsipouro one day and sat down with us to have a drink. So, great place for a family, and very reasonably priced.
