Beaufort SC New Renovation, Close to Parris Island, Historic Downtown, Beautiful Beaches, Sleeps 8

When we walked in the first thing we noticed was the clean smell. Everything was so comfy and inviting. The beds were especially comfortable. We slept 6 very easily with room for one more. There was plenty of closet and cabinet space including a walk-in closet in the Master bedroom and a walk-in pantry in the kitchen. Everything was provided to cook, do laundry and relax. The TV had plenty to offer for viewing options with apps already loaded. The location is a small trailer park in the countryside with a few farm animals “next door”. We felt much at home since the surroundings were similar to where our own houses are built around farmland. We often take campers to campgrounds that have the same “vibe” as the trailer park. We actually rented two of the units on the same lane. That was a huge bonus because we had several family members and friends traveling together for my sons graduation from boot camp at the Marine base. The location to Parris Island Marine base was very convenient. We were also just minutes from plenty of stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

My only suggestion would be to add a door between the master bedroom and bathroom for more privacy. I know for some, including my own family members, this is how their own homes are set up. But with sharing bathrooms with so many, it would have made it more convenient. It would not be a deal breaker if I had to stay again; it is just accommodate all customers.

The property was,amazing the people who own it are absolutely great we came here for my son's marine graduation on Dec 14 2022 they went above and beyond to welcome us I highly recommend this property to marine family's coming for graduation it was very clean and I would most definitely stay here again

the location was perfect. only 20 mins to Parris Island and super close to Publix and Walmart for any grocery needs. The inside has been renovated beautifully. The king size bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. There’s two bathrooms.

The rooster on the property would start very early in the morning, but he wasn’t too loud and we were on Parris Island time anyway and had to be up at 4am during our stay.

Our host was very nice! Very helpful with all my questions. Great property very close to the base. Very nice renovations. Very comfortable. I would definitely go back and re-book with this place!

Close to Parris Island. spacious living area were able to enjoy time with our Marine after Graduation and have a whole house to ourselves rather than a hotel room. Staff is very helpful and friendly we could not have asked for a better host.
