Beaufort SC New Renovation, Close to Parris Island, Historic Downtown, Beautiful Beaches, Sleeps 6

This place was excellent. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. So clean, everything is so new, great location. It was quiet, private and so comfortable. My family opted for this rental over a hotel room while in Parris Island for our son's graduation. This is always the way to go. Hotels can't touch a house like this.

There was nothing wrong with this place at all whatsoever. It was perfect.

This place was 1 of the best parts of our trip. We were so impressed by the cozy beautiful inside but so excited to see all the animals. Just all around 10/10

home was very clean on INSIDE, host was very helpful & kind put fresh flowers inside, home had everything we needed but a hair dryer an he purchased me a new one that night an dropped it off! washer dryer worked great all appliances was clean an working bedding was nice, neat & clean & i checked thoroughly as i do everywhere i stay, had issue with shower he fixed immediately, again inside was lovely yes id stay there again, if ur picky u will not be pleased with the outside world of this place its unique & ive never stayed anywhere like this before lol, we played with the farm animals everyday, if u leave them alone they leave u alone...

outside area out back needs cleaned up, so we kept the blinds closed there was trash laying all over, i don't want to lie bc it was dumpy, if ur particular an picky u won't like it, yes u hear farm animals up until 1 am but i didn't mind i was raised on farm, if ur a light sleeper u won't like it, i tripped on roots out front from a tree that r very large n parking space of passenger door, i had to ask people to move from my parking spot & had to be rude about it but i can be difficult myself an impatient bc i was tired, there is farm animals which we loved very much but the boys next door was abusing them an picking them up an throwing the male sheep around like a rag doll by its horns, they was kicking at them an punched it in the face, which made it mad an he was butting them, he didnt bother us u could tell he lived there an runs freely he was fun to pet but if u didnt pay attention to him he let u be, it is in a RV park type setting with zero outdoor appeal an rough around the edges but the indoor is a complete different environment, would i stay again yes but bc indoor was clean an my main focus was sleep an close to MCRD graduation about 15 minute drive away, i did not like the neighbors staying next to us bc the boys were rude to farm animals, it is a more rugged stay an area, if my bf was with us he would have refused to stay there bc hes very particular, again inside was clean an nice outside is not appealing

host was very friendly and offered tips on local restaurants. Location was close to MCRD where we were headed for graduation. also close to several stores and restaurants
