A lovely house that is thoughtfully well equipped - so nice that the hosts provided a basket of biscuits, and fruit and selection of teas as well as salt, olive oil, sugar and spice, lots of plates and cutlery and cooking utensils if you decide to make meals here. -there's a washing machine, 2 hanging racks for easy laundry drying, and a dishwasher. -there is plentiful soap and shampoo and hygiene kits in the bathrooms, -the beds are really comfortable in good sized rooms, 2 rooms with queen (?) bed, one room with a single and a full shower/bathroom on the 2nd Level, on the ground floor, a living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast island, and second bathroom. The garden and outdoor space is gorgeous with a nice garden, and outdoor patio and barbeque, parking is available on premise, the location is convenient and centrally located in Bellagio, and most areas are easily accessible by walking. the car ferry is just 5 minutes away, so it's easy to get to the other side of the lake. we loved our stay and wished we had a much longer stay here.

an additional bathroom or toilet on the 2nd level would have been convenient, but the house is as it is, and there's a full bath on the ground level so it's not a big problem.

No real breakfast provided. Some fruit and coffee was provided with some other small hand snacks.

It was a bit of a walk into town but we really appreciated the locations nonetheless.

We loved the cleanliness and quietness of the home. We also loved the backyard area that was a beautiful setting to enjoy our morning espresso in the morning. And I loved our bedroom had a door that opened out to a deck. We were so grateful for Luca driving our luggage and my elderly father to the ferry when we were heading out.

The property was amazing. We loved it so much. The hosts were so helpful, and were always prompt in responding to all our questions/requests. The house is so well equipped. They had provided us with a bottle of wine, fridge stocked with fruits and milk, and a coffee machine with espresso poss. There was jam, Biscuits and snacks all stocked up for us. The property was well located. Brilliant is not the word. We will definitely come back!

Words can't describe how amazing this property is. The location is fantastic, walkable to the ferry + restaurants, grocery store and a pizza/pasta/gelato shop, the botanical garden all within a 10-20min walk. The home is spacious and cozy, it has option for dining al fresco with a view of the lake and the beautiful olive trees on the property. It has parking and it is fully gated! Honestly the photos online don't do it justice, it is everything we wished for and more. The beds are so comfortable and we have been searching for the pillows ever since we left - prepare for the most relaxing sleep of your life! And while the property and location are fantastic, to us the most memorable part were the hosts Mary and Luca. They went above and beyond making sure our stay is perfect. We arrived on a rainy day near the ferry station and because it is so close to the home, uber did not take our request for a ride. Mary and Luca quickly shared the contact information for multiple taxi drivers and one of them picked us up right away. Upon arrival at the villa, we were welcomed by Luca and the there was champagme in the fridge, espresso and milk, fruits and other treats waiting for us. They shared helpful information and recommemdations about restaurants, local sightseeing, transportation and a map overview of it all. We travel often and I have to say their attention to detail and the small touches throughout the home (dental kits, shaving kits, shower kits) did not go unnoticed and it has become so rare to see. The home had every little thing you could need, it felt like we are at our own home. On our last day, one of our airport transfer drivers cancelled last second and Mary and Luca found us a driver within minutes, making sure we don't miss our flights. Needless to say we recommend this home to friends, family and anyone looking for a memorable stay in Bellagio. Thank you Mary and Luca, we can't wait to come back!

Villa Olivee is very spacious with lovely gardens. The size was perfect for our group. Luca and Maria were wonderful hosts and went above and beyond to help with local information and advice. Lovely touches on arrival. The villa is a perfect walk into the centre - there is a flat walk if you can’t face the pretty but steep steps. The whole area is beyond stunning.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like! It can be tricky to get a taxi back to the airport to book in advance!

We had a fantastic holiday. Villa Olivee exceeded our expectations, the photos don’t do it justice. It is ideally located for exploring Bellagio, a 15 minute walk to town. The outdoor space is beautiful and a real asset to the property. The hosts were welcoming snd informative. We appreciated the fresh fruit and goods on arrival, a welcomed surprise.
