"Good for a short break in Beverley."

Clean, modern house well located for the centre of Beverley. Lovely base for exploring the town or (for us) visiting family. Even had a Christmas tree up!

Cleanliness generally good but oven hadn't been cleaned and some cooking equipment had been put away not fully clean.

"Good stay for business trip"

Checking in instructions very clear. Conscientious host that checked in shortly after arrival by text.

One minor issue. Shower in en-suite drains poorly, meaning the shower is effectively unusable as it will quickly flood. Needed to use main bathroom.
