Lovely house on a quiet cul de sac. It was exceptionally clean, nice lounge, dining room and kitchen. Great base for our short break. Parking for two cars. Lovely enclosed private garden with table and chairs. Short walk (10-15 minutes) into Beverley. Paul the owner texted to ask if we needed anything and to make sure it had been cleaned properly. Key code easy to use to get into the property.

"Great stay in Beverley"

Great space, well equipped and great communication with owner. Pretty much everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Good location for walking into town and exploring Beverley and the surrounding area. Beds are really really comfy, we all slept so well. Happy customers.

Being really petty (as everything was really very good) - the kitchen tap is loose and swivels when you turn it on and makes you worry you have broken it! Could also do with some egg cups.
