L02 - The Penrhyn Spa with Hot Tub

Located right beside Zipworld which was our main reason for travel. Smart TV available so could log in to Netflix etc. kitchen equipment looked like it had never been used all brand new & spotless

The hot tub had no privacy at all being at the front lots of guests walking up & down also no cover so unusable in bad weather. Would be great with an awning of some sort. Shower wasn’t working, we didn’t realise till just prior to leaving so didn’t have a chance to call to have it repaired

Lovely place to stay, we went to enjoy zipwire and it was literally right next door so not much more travelling to do. Perfect spot. The restaurant on site was great too. Food was delicious. Thankyou

Very friendly at check in, all very straight forward and an excellent location

Accommodation was perfect especially having the hot tub made it that little bit extra special.

No dislikes will definitely return.

The location was perfect. Easy 15-20 minute journey to Snowdonia. Close to the North Coast. The lodges back onto a river, as advertised, however there are small waterfalls too which are absolutely stunning.

On the second night we stayed, there must have been a problem with the drains as there was a large lorry noisily pumping out water at 10pm. I appreciate that it might have been an emergency but when on holiday and with a young child it was the last thing we needed.
