"Quiet, clean and comfortable"

Clean, easy to find, great communications from property management, quiet neighborhood walking distance about a half mile from the Plaza. Nice kitchen with coffee provided. Stove, microwave a d refrigerator all new and spotless. Bathroom had a nice tub and shower. Everything we needed was easy to find.

Small, tight squeeze around bed to the bathroom. Advertized king bed was on the small side, more of a queen, but it was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Air conditioner was quiet and kept us comfortable .

It was clean, comfortable, cozy, felt safe inside, it was close enough to stores and restaurants. Each unit had their own parking space. Definitely my go to for Santa Fe.

After I booked this place all the instructions to check in and out were excellent and they were available for any questions that you may have. The location was perfect for my husband and I, We had our own parking space the key was on a lock box and the place was comfortable and clean with free WiFi a well equipped kitchenette, quiet neighborhood, a few minutes drive to the plaza and restaurants.

"Overpriced for Quality of Materials"

Polyester sheets with uncomfortable pillows and mattress. Towels were stained with what looked like blood. Thankfully the management was willing to replace them the following day. The heater would not turn on the first evening and I had to coordinate with management to change the settings. As others mentioned, the bench functioning as a couch is uncomfortable.
