The location was good. The house was clean.

The furniture and mattress need to be updated. The cots were broken and stained badly. The shelves in the fridge were missing and broken. The pool area was unkept, leading to a dirty pool. Trash was over flowing before we arrived and stayed that way until we left.

Great place with all the amenities & close to the beach.

The weather. We wish it would have been warmer with sun.

Nothing everything was great

Siesta Key is a nice location in the Sarasota area. This apartment has a pleasant street-facing lanai with an airy view over the parking area.

Dark apartment with small windows and cheap window coverings that didn't work well. Mattress in master bedroom sagged on one side, we had to turn it. The bed cover was sized for a much smaller bed. Walls to the neighboring room are paper-thin. We could hear snoring, television and general conversation. Living room furniture is faded and stained. Cheap ill-fitted plastic shutters blocking the light in the living which has a view to the street, not the pool in the backyard. Sliding glass door in living room is very scratched, moves and locks with difficulty.

I LIKED THE LOCATION.

PLACE HAD AN UNPLEASEANT DAMP ODOR SO WE WENT OUT AN PURCHASED DAMP RAID TO ELIMINATE ORDER. CARPET, CLOTH FURNITURE, AND BEDSPREADS DID NOT APPEAR TO BE FRESH AND CLEAN. THE SCREEN ON THE BALCONY WAS HANGING OFF. ALSO, THE SWIMMING POOL AREA WAS IN DISARRAY AND DID NOT LOOK INVITING AT ALL. WE WENT OUT AND PURCHASED A CHEAP COMFORTERS SET TO COVER FURNITURE AND THE BED IN THE PRIMARY BEDROOM.

Loved the property, loved location to beach. Crescent Beach is the best! Will definitely stay again but must have that same room. Hopefully you thought we were great renters as we tried to make the condo look exactly as it was when we arrived😊

King mattress needs to be replaced. I was supposed to stay in King room with private bathroom but opted for the second bedroom because the mattress was so comfortable.

The property is very well equipped, it has everythings to need. It’s comfortable, has large spaces and is very well located for the beach
