One Ocean - B 1103

We really enjoyed the location and the access to the beach. Also, I like the small house where it was kind of private. The home was clean and well stocked. The kitchen and the bathroom were very nice.

The beds were worn and not comfortable. And also the couch has seen much better days. The floors were dirty, making our feet black. I used the broom often to keep down the sand, but would have liked a mop I could use.

We love the fact that it was very very clean and then it also had laundry facilities on premise. Love that it was so close to walking to the beach access to see the sunsets.

Honestly, I didn’t like the fact that most all of the plates and cups had chips and cracks in them. I was afraid that I was going to be ingesting some of those chips and cracks. Very old and dated plates mugs, etc. Also, it was extremely hot sleeping at night, even with both fans on.

Location was the best part. Close walk to the beach. Also, the communication from the host was very good.

It was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep because the AC didn’t go below 73. Also, it would have been nice to have some tissues somewhere in the house, and some more towel bars in the bathroom.

This may be a smaller house then some of the places we were considering but it was cozy and perfect and you can not beat the price!! If the price stays at this rate I will be saving up for another trip there asap! 3 minute walk to the beach and it’s right down the street to the siesta key reality show mansion! Has a personal washer and dryer and they provided everything you need to do a couple loads.

the only negative was the AC, it would get to about 80 degrees inside during the day and cool off in the evening. They do have fans in every room so it helped. We weren’t home during the day anyways so it was fine with us. and the patio area could use new cushions, they had an odor. But like I said these negatives did not affect my rating at all.

The property was close to the BEACH and very clean!

Easy to get in with the keypad. Liked that we didn’t have to carry keys with us when we left.

Maybe a bigger couch in the living room? Really no complaints though.
