"Good but could be perfect"

Location was perfect for us.

Parking difficult at times having to park in next street, I know you have no control. Front door lock needs replacing wasted time trying to get it to lock. We had good weather but garden not ready and no garden furniture. Old sheds ? Safety for children

The main thing I liked was that everything was exactly as expected, clean, safe and comfortable. Neighbours were friendly.

"Excellent value, clean and comfortable."

It was reasonably priced. Good size accommodation, well presented inside and clean. Had everything we needed. Quiet at the back of the house.

It lacked that personal touch. Coffee and tea left with milk sachets, but a biscuit would have been nice. Pillows were very thin. It would have been nice to have had a welcome book with local info etc. We had 2 cars, neighbours seemed irritated by this although we did park one in front of the other to minimise this, however came out to find neighbours had placed bollards over parking. Also would have been nice to have curtains not metal blinds. Front door lock was difficult to lock at times.
