I had to check in late night since it was last minute travel plan, hence we had to ask someone from our family to check in on behalf of us since we had to check in before 10pm. Hence we forwarded the PDF we downloaded from the email and sent to them, and I didn’t receive the proper check in details on WhatsApp don’t know for what reason. It was keep showing ‘this will take a while*. We didn’t realise the address on the PDF and the address the owner gave was different until I got the complete WhatsApp message from the owner maybe 30 minutes later it when she was keep emphasising ‘dekat Atas’ but the message didn’t load. Before we got the info, and our cousin called the owner. The owner’s tone was rude and not appealing. We were on the way from JB, and when I called the owner she was rude to me as well. She could have been more kind and tell us properly on the details. And if they can’t handle late night check in options they could have just made a self check box which all of us are used to. And about the house, the floor was very sticky. And bathroom was not clean as well, the white stain in floor was a big NO NO. Since it was not a pre-planned stay, we didn’t bother much, but thinking back now, they service could have been way better.
