Mr. Kim was extremely kind and helpful, even offering a free room upgrade. Location was very good for us, as it was along the Jeju Fantasy Bike Path.

- AC has a timer that we couldn’t turn off. It auto turns off after 30 mins. Also it’s not very cold (24C felt like room temp) - Some discoloration in bed sheets - No *very* hot water. It gets lukewarm at most. When asked the owner replies that it’s already hot, I guess old people don’t like to bathe in properly hot water…

Big bathroom. The room was big enough.

Had a lovely kitchen, the place was quiet and comfortable. Rooms were decent size with the good air con. It’s a small town so everything is walkable.

I arrived earlier than the check in time, completely soaked from the rain. Mr Kim was very kind to me upon my arrival and immediately gave me a towel. He upgraded me to a larger room for free and was so helpful even though I was making a mess with all the water that was dripping off of me. The location is great as you can easily walk to the bus stop and also to Seongsan Ilchulbong.

The owner was very nice and the location was very close to the bus station and Seongsan Ilchulbong.

It was not very clean - neither the bathroom, nor the bedsheets. I hoped there would be a difference from past reviews.

The communal kitchen was helpful. There were great restaurants in the are also. We really appreciated the heated floors!

They only offer shampoo but not body gel

The location was excellent.

Two bathrooms for 8 people: only one had a sink, the “shower” was a hand held that one could use while sitting on the toilet. A plastic pan was also provided. Bedroom walls were not soundproofed. We learned a lot about our fellow travelers.
