Easy and convenient to collect keys. Location was good, there are two malls within a 5-10min drive. There are many beds and is a good choice for families. Living room area is also comfortable to hang out and chit chat. The ceiling fan in each bedroom is very strong so dont have to use aircon at night. Washing machine to do laundry is convenient. Porch can fit two cars inside comfortably.

three or four cockroaches on first night we were there, maybe came in from the backyard area as there is an alley behind. water pressure in shower is low. owner was very helpful to share how to turn on the water pump but it only increase slightly still. a refundable deposit was required but as we did not have local bank account or phone so it was quite difficult for us. had to find a local to help us tranfer and thankfully owner was very quick to refund the deposit after check out too.
