La casa es preciosa, acogedora y decorada con mucho gusto, equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y relajante, con detalles que marcan la diferencia. Rodeada de naturaleza, lo que la hace ideal para desconectar y disfrutar de la tranquilidad. Sofía, la propietaria, un encanto y súper atenta. Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver.

We thought the location was very nice and the house was located in a quiet isolated village. We could imagine this being a perfect place for us to stop and walk for a few days in the future, as the mountains were very close by. Unfortunately, the weather was against us on this occasion. The hosts were very helpful with their advice and their young son Martin showed us around the property. Martin proudly told us also that the chia sponge cake had been made for us by his grandmother and the separate eggs in a basket came from her chickens. We were grateful for the wood logs to burn which quickly warmed the house up during our stay. All in all we were delighted with our short stay, despite the awful weather conditions outside. We would recommend Casa do Azevim to any of our relatives, close friends and colleagues.

A magical hideaway in a quite corner of the National Park but close enough to many incredible treks and points of interest. The Casa comes incredibly well equipped and you will be hard pressed to sometimes to choose between exploring and taking in the views from your patio or cozy nook! Sofia is incredible responsive and is clearly passionate about the area and sharing her country escape. You will be guaranteed a memorable stay so go ahead and book!

We really enjoyed staying in the mountain village. Peace and quiet with the local cows as company. Lots of birds and wildlife around. The house is in a good location overlooking the village with mountain views. The owner Sophia is very welcoming and generous leaving a cake and fruit and vegetables from her garden.
