ALLES war großartig! Super nette Betreuung durch Sabrina, mit der man Einchecken und Ausschecken gut absprechen konnte und viele tolle Tipps gegeben hat. Die Wohnung einfach nur ein Traum! Riesiges Schlafzimmern mit Giebeldach, bestimmt über 4m hoch in der Mitte, dazu eine Sofaecke. Super gemütliches Bett. TV mit allen Apps, neu renoviertes Bad, große und gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles sauber und mit liebevollen Details. Und als Highlight - über eine Wendeltreppe auf eine Terrasse mit links kleinem Tischchen und netten Ausblick und rechts großem Tisch zum gemütlichen Sitzen plus Liegestühle.

Alles toll, gibt nichts zu meckern!!! Nur als Tipp - Wenn man extrem gehbehindert ist, muss man zur Wohnung eine relativ kleine Treppe 2 Stockwerke hoch. Wir sind allerdings fast 60 und es war NULL Problem, auch mit 2 Koffern...

The apartment was very comfortable and the perfect size for us as a couple. We stayed here for both vacation and remote work, and the location was absolutely perfect for enjoying Ortigia. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. On our first day, my husband's suitcase was lost by the airline and was scheduled to be delivered to the apartment three days later. Since we don't speak Italian, she kindly communicated with the courier on our behalf and helped ensure that the luggage was delivered safely. Sabrina, thank you so much for your help again! We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this apartment to others.

No breakfast, but some provision of oil, tea, coffee, salt and sugar. Good to have kettle and microwave.

the landlady was unaware that the little coffee pot does not work on the new induction hob without a special mat. We would have liked a bottle of water when we arrived.

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, sehr sauber und ist sehr gut gelegen. Mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem ruhig. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich Sabrina, die eine wirklich perfekte, freundliche und sympathische Gastgeberin ist!

L’appartamento è un piccolo gioiello, delizioso e curato! E ha tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno!

Non ho nulla da ridire

We loved this place! The location was absolutely perfect. The old town and all it had to offer is right on the door step but it is on a quiet alleyway. It was easy to find and everything is walkable. The bed was by far the most comfortable we have slept on in Italy! The size, decor and facilities were excellent. The roof terrace was something that set this apartment apart from others. For the price you can not get better value. The host was lovely and very welcoming. We were very lucky and able to check in early after arriving in the morning on the train.

There are 2 flights of stairs to the apartment which was a bit difficult with heavy bags, But not so much of a problem you wouldn’t stay here (unless you have mobility issues)
