Balkony is in the description for the smaller flat, but is so small that it is not usable..

Lage sehr gut, mitten im Zentrum. das Zimmer ist geräumig und die Gastgeberin sehr nett. Die Kochzeile ist einigermassen gut ausgestattet.

Der Wasserdruck im Bad ist auch für sizilianische Verhältnisse gering. Ausserdem gibt es wenig Möglichleiten, Wäsche aufzuhängen. Wichtig ist vor allem zu beachten, dass Casa Calles zwei Wohnungen sind, von welcher nur die obere, grössere einen Balkon hat. Die untere hat keinen Balkon, was auf der Booking-Seite missverständlich wiedergegeben wird.

Dit appartement is perfect gelegen om het prachtige Ortigia te verkennen. Het ligt in een zeer rustige straat, maar met een paar minuten lopen ben je al bijv. bij de kathedraal. Ons appartement was ruim en niet alleen voorzien van alle noodzakelijke dingen (goed bed, zithoek met tv, ruime kledingkast, ruime badkamer met heerlijke douche, grote keuken, etc.)maar ook van een hele fijne persoonlijke touch en smaakvol ingericht), waardoor het als thuiskomen aanvoelde. Het dakterras is geweldig en de communicatie, ontvangst en begeleiding door de host Sabrina super..Dit appartement is echt een aanrader en aangezien Siracusa ons hart heeft gestolen, hopen we hier nog eens te verblijven.

Sabrina was very friendly. She met us at the property after check-in to run through some things. She was very communicative throughout our stay and was always available via What'sApp for any questions I had. She recommended places to eat. The location of the apartment was fabulous. A short walking distance to shops and restaurants and about a 20 min walk from the train station. The apartment was fully equipped and had cute decor. There was a small beach about a 10 minute walk away that we visited a couple of times.

I found the bed to be too soft, which I did not find very comfortable. The shower pressure was very poor. The balcony was also quite small, you couldn't even fit a chair on it. It should be better described as a Juliet balcony. There was also a damp smell in the stairwell as you enter the property.

Virkelig god kommunikation med den søde vært, der også havde mange gode input i forhold til parkering, restauranter og strande. Skøn ugenert tagterrasse. Fremragende beliggenhed midt i byen og alligevel stille om natten.
